Service Description

This is a procedure of applying pigment to tattoo am areola to match the other side or to create completely new ones for post mastectomy or gender reaffirmation patients. This consists of 2 applications done approximately 6-8 weeks apart and requires written approval from the client's oncologist/medical care practitioner. This service is completely pro bono (no charge). This service takes approximately 2 hours to complete the initial service, but we do allow for a little extra time. It usually takes about 6-8 weeks for the skin to heal. Swelling and redness is normal and will gradually subside over the next few days. The tattoo itself will lighten up during this time which is why a 2nd application is necessary to bring the realism to its proper degree of color saturation and vibrancy. *This service is not recommended for those prone to keloid scarring as it may cause keloids in the area of service. An in-person client consultation is required before moving forward with this service. Due to the artist's teaching and travel schedule, please email directly with questions about this service. Cancelations within 24 hrs. notice can be rescheduled within 90 days of the original date without penalty. *Same day cancellations as well as a "No call/ No show" will result in a $100 fee that must be paid upon arrival of rescheduled appointment before the service may begin. *For out of region/ state services, travel fees of no less than $250 and no greater than $1000 will be added and must be paid in full on the day of service. (*NO EXCEPTIONS)

Cancellation Policy

*All booking requests require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking and balance is paid day of service. A 48-hr. grace period is given to submit the deposit. REQUESTED BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hrs., the requested appointment will be canceled and will be opened to all other clients on the wait list. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Cancellations made no less than 24 hrs. prior to the start time of scheduled appointment may be rescheduled for another available date within 90 days of original appointment. The deposit paid will be held and applied to the balance due on the rescheduled date. Rescheduling requests beyond 90 days from the original scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (not including documented hospitalization/ medical emergency or natural disaster). *Same day cancellations will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee to the balance due. "NO CALL/ NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (with exception to verifiable family/ medical emergencies and natural disasters) and will be required to prepay in full for any future services. A second "NO CALL/ NO SHOW" offense will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and will be denied all future services. Education Course Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a professional student kit and reserve seat. The balance must be paid in full, a minimum of 24 hours prior to Day 1 of the scheduled course. All educational courses require a valid BBP and FIRST AID/CPR Certification to participate (please see individual courses for detailed information). Cancelations made within 24 hrs. of scheduled course start date may be rescheduled for another date within 90 days of original course date without forfeiture of deposit. Anything after 90 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Same day cancelations (with exception to natural disasters or verifiable medical emergencies) will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
