Service Description

HA ENHANCEMENT COURSE is a 1 day in-class course followed by a written exam and skills requirement for certification. This course requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve seat and secure professional student kit for class. The balance may be paid in full, or a payment plan may be set up (contact: to submit payment plan request) but must be paid in full prior to Day 1 of class. Any class postponed due to emergency or Level 3 weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following month. This course requires a valid BBP and FIRST AID/CPR CERTIFICATION (physical copies must presented at the start of Day 1 of selected course). No student will be permitted to proceed with education without it. These certifications may be obtained via any separate state approved online or in-person course (not affiliated with CCPROMUA, LLC). This course includes a professional kit, *lifetime support and covers the following material: Student Agreement Uses, Benefits and Types Tools of the Trade Vocabulary Anatomy Consultations & Contraindications Lip Shapes & Facial Enhancements Procedure Set Up & Tear Down Client Forms Aftercare Health & Safety IPCP (Infection Protection Control Plan) Live Model(s) Procedure(s) Insurance Marketing Resources *Training does not end after the in-class portion of the course is completed. Cancellation Policy

*All booking requests require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking and balance is paid day of service. A 48-hr. grace period is given to submit the deposit. REQUESTED BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hrs., the requested appointment will be canceled and will be opened to all other clients on the wait list. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Cancellations made no less than 24 hrs. prior to the start time of scheduled appointment may be rescheduled for another available date within 90 days of original appointment. The deposit paid will be held and applied to the balance due on the rescheduled date. Rescheduling requests beyond 90 days from the original scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (not including documented hospitalization/ medical emergency or natural disaster). *Same day cancellations will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee to the balance due. "NO CALL/ NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (with exception to verifiable family/ medical emergencies and natural disasters) and will be required to prepay in full for any future services. A second "NO CALL/ NO SHOW" offense will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and will be denied all future services. Education Course Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a professional student kit and reserve seat. The balance must be paid in full, a minimum of 24 hours prior to Day 1 of the scheduled course. All educational courses require a valid BBP and FIRST AID/CPR Certification to participate (please see individual courses for detailed information). Cancelations made within 24 hrs. of scheduled course start date may be rescheduled for another date within 90 days of original course date without forfeiture of deposit. Anything after 90 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Same day cancelations (with exception to natural disasters or verifiable medical emergencies) will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
