HIFU Skin Rejuvenation (for body)

Service Description

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. Non-invasive procedure that takes approximately 1 hr. (But we allow for 1.5 hrs.) skin tightening results for loose skin and skin rejuvenation. The results will continue to improve over the next 30-120 days. Additional sessions may be applied if desired after 30 days depending on the degree of loss of skin elasticity. Once desired results are achieved, one follow-up session is recommended every 1yr to maintain results. This is $795+tax per one targeted area of service only (i.e., lower abdomen, love handles, bra/back fat). For arms or thigh areas, the cost would be $995-1295+tax. This service is non-invasive, pain free, and requires zero down time. There may be some redness at the application area which will dissipate within a couple hours. Some mild soreness (as you would expect after a mild workout) is possible over the following few days after service. This service requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking. The balance is paid the day of service. Cancelations made within 24hrs are acceptable without penalty. Same day cancelations incur a $100 charge added to the day of service at checkout. A 'no call/no show' will result in forfeiture of deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy

*All booking requests require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking and balance is paid day of service. A 48-hr. grace period is given to submit the deposit. REQUESTED BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hrs., the requested appointment will be canceled and will be opened to all other clients on the wait list. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Cancellations made no less than 24 hrs. prior to the start time of scheduled appointment may be rescheduled for another available date within 90 days of original appointment. The deposit paid will be held and applied to the balance due on the rescheduled date. Rescheduling requests beyond 90 days from the original scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (not including documented hospitalization/ medical emergency or natural disaster). *Same day cancellations will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee to the balance due. "NO CALL/ NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (with exception to verifiable family/ medical emergencies and natural disasters) and will be required to prepay in full for any future services. A second "NO CALL/ NO SHOW" offense will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and will be denied all future services. Education Course Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a professional student kit and reserve seat. The balance must be paid in full, a minimum of 24 hours prior to Day 1 of the scheduled course. All educational courses require a valid BBP and FIRST AID/CPR Certification to participate (please see individual courses for detailed information). Cancelations made within 24 hrs. of scheduled course start date may be rescheduled for another date within 90 days of original course date without forfeiture of deposit. Anything after 90 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Same day cancelations (with exception to natural disasters or verifiable medical emergencies) will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
