Service Description

SCAR REVISION is a procedure of applying a specific compilation of serums designed to help the body heal the skin and jump start its regeneration process. This treatment can help to even out raised scar tissue for a more natural and smoother appearance. It usually takes 2-3+ treatments (done 6 weeks apart) to begin to see changes in the texture of the scar tissue. Treatments are done until desired results are achieved. Smaller areas begin at $295+tax/treatment and can range up to $995+tax/treatment for larger areas depending on the size of the scar being treated. SCAR CAMOUFLAGE is the process of applying pigment that is custom matched to naturally blend discolored areas of the skin. It can help to even out discoloration from scar damage and mask stretch marks for a more even appearance. This service takes multiple sessions to achieve desired results and is charged per session. Treatments are done until desired results are achieved. Smaller areas begin at $295+tax/treatment and can range up to $995+tax/treatment for larger areas depending on the size of the scar being treated. Each session takes about 2 hours per treatment area depending on the size, but we do allow for a little extra time. It usually takes about 4-6 weeks for the skin to fully heal. This includes the surface and the underlying layers we don't see beneath the epidermis. Swelling and redness is normal after each treatment and will gradually subside over the next few weeks following each treatment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the service. Balance is paid on or before the day of service. CANCELATIONS within 24 hrs. notice can be rescheduled within 60 days of the original date without forfeiture of deposit. Less than 24 hours notice or same day cancellations will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. No call, no show will result in forfeiture of deposit and denial of future services. (NO EXCEPTIONS) *For out of region guest appearance services an additional fee is added to compensate for travel expenses.

Cancellation Policy

*All booking requests require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking and balance is paid day of service. A 48-hr. grace period is given to submit the deposit. REQUESTED BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hrs., the requested appointment will be canceled and will be opened to all other clients on the wait list. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Cancellations made no less than 24 hrs. prior to the start time of scheduled appointment may be rescheduled for another available date within 90 days of original appointment. The deposit paid will be held and applied to the balance due on the rescheduled date. Rescheduling requests beyond 90 days from the original scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (not including documented hospitalization/ medical emergency or natural disaster). *Same day cancellations will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee to the balance due. "NO CALL/ NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (with exception to verifiable family/ medical emergencies and natural disasters) and will be required to prepay in full for any future services. A second "NO CALL/ NO SHOW" offense will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and will be denied all future services. Education Course Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a professional student kit and reserve seat. The balance must be paid in full, a minimum of 24 hours prior to Day 1 of the scheduled course. All educational courses require a valid BBP and FIRST AID/CPR Certification to participate (please see individual courses for detailed information). Cancelations made within 24 hrs. of scheduled course start date may be rescheduled for another date within 90 days of original course date without forfeiture of deposit. Anything after 90 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Same day cancelations (with exception to natural disasters or verifiable medical emergencies) will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
